KIMBERLY N. HILL

Kimberly N. Hill joined CAPITOL SOLUTIONS® as Vice President in February 2006.  Her 10 years of government and private sector appropriations experience have been a real asset to the firm.  Mrs. Hill's government experience includes:

Mrs. Hill served on the staff of Senator Thad Cochran (R-MS) as both a Legislative Assistant handling energy, telecommunications, commerce, banking, trade, tax and related business issues, and an Associate Appropriations Committee staff member to the Subcommittees of Energy and Water Development; Interior; Labor, Health and Human Services and Education and the former District of Columbia and Treasury/Postal Subcommittees.

Mrs. Hill worked for two years as a member of the Senate Homeland Security Appropriations Subcommittee professional staff where she was responsible for crafting the Science and Technology, Infrastructure Protection and Information Analysis, FEMA and Coast Guard accounts under two successive Chairmen, Thad Cochran (R-MS) and Senator Judd Gregg (R-NH).

In addition to her appropriations expertise, Mrs. Hill has become an integral part of Capitol Solutions' growing Energy and Environment practice.

Mrs. Hill is a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.  She lives with her husband and son in Arlington, VA.
